What is HalaraInBulk?jia

HalaraInBulk aims to allow more of our beloved customers to spread the joy of athleisure to their own communities and to make our products more accessible to anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle. When you become a partner, you can resell our products and benefit from the popularity of Halara. We allow partners to order in bulk at a discounted price in order to empower more communities with our proud products. 

How to purchase on HalaraInBulk?jia

You will need to register for a HalaraInBulk account in order to place a bulk order. Simply fill out the registration form and you will get notified of the results within 3 business days.

Why do I need proof of business/school entity?jia

In order to maximize our bulk order customer satisfaction, having proof of entity can help us fully understand your requirements and offer certain rewards programs for loyal customers. Your entity information will only be used for account registration on HalaraInBulk. 

What is the MOQ or minimum order amount?jia

Minimum is $600 MSRP, and it automatically applies for 30% off when checkout.

Can I use only one account for all HalaraInBulk orders?jia

Yes! You don't need to use multiple accounts or email addresses to become eligible for our discounts. Please make sure the order quantity is correct when you check out as orders cannot be combined to qualify for a higher discount level. 

Shipping

How long will it take for my bulk orders to arrive?jia

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days, but this depends on the volume of orders we receive.

It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Please note these are not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and conditions.

We do not offer Next Day Air/Overnight shipping options.

For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page.

How much is the shipping fee?jia

The shipping cost is 2% of the total discounted amount in your cart.

Why did I receive only part of my order?jia

The fulfillment method varies with countries, the weight of goods, and order total. In order to deliver the order to you as soon as possible, we may split it into several shipments.

Payment

What currency is used when i check out?jia

The payment for HalaraInBulk is in USD.

What payment methods can be used on the site?jia

As of now, we only accept payment via PayPal / Bank transfer / credit card. For any special requests, please feel free to contact us.

Will I be charged taxes upon receiving my package?jia

For shipment to North America and European Union countries, you shall not expect any duty or taxes charged from you. However, we are not responsible for any taxes charged by your country if applicable.

Resell

Does HalaraInBulk have a dropshipping option?jia

 No, we do not support dropshipping for now. 

Does HalaraInBulk provide private labeling?jia

We do not provide private label in general. However, if you have special requests, feel free to reach out and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Will the clothes have a Halara Label on them?jia

Most of them, yes, the goal is to have all clothes to be labelled.

Can HalaraInBulk send samples to check the product quality before placing the order?jia

We typically don't send samples to our bulk order customers beforehand. If you would like to check the actual product, please place an order via halarainbulk@halara.com.

Can I use stock images and resell for my online platform?jia

In general, you are not allowed to use any of our stock images. We're not currently accepting new sellers on Amazon&Tiktok, other online platform is fine at the moment. Please note that we do keep an eye on online stores that offer our clothing and maintain the discretion to revoke access to our website if necessary.

Return

What is your return/exchange policy?jia

Generally, we do not accept return or exchange requests for our bulk orders unless HalaraInBulk is at fault. However, if you do see the need of returning or exchanging the products, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your requests if applicable.
